Την «Αλίκη Στη Χώρα Των Θαυμάτων» αναπαριστά το ημερολόγιο της Pirelli για το 2018, ωστόσο, οι celebrities που συμμετείχαν στην φωτογράφηση έκαναν την ανατροπή.

Ο Tim Walker φωτογράφησε τις διασημότητες εμπνευσμένος από τις αυθεντικές εικονογραφήσεις του John Tenniel για το βιβλίο του Lewis Carroll, επιλέγοντας όλοι οι πρωταγωνιστές να είναι μαύροι.

Naomi Campbell, Ru Paul, Whoopi Goldberg, Adwoa Aboah, Lupita Nyong’o και Puff Daddy είναι μερικοί από τους διάσημους που συμμετείχαν, ενώ το ενδυματολογικό κομμάτι έχει την «υπογραφή» του νεοαφιχθέντα στη βρετανική Vogue, Edward Enninful.

Αυτή δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά που το ημερολόγιο της Pirelli παρουσιάζει μία ωδή στο λεγόμενο «black pride»: το 1987 πόζαραν μόνο μαύρα μοντέλα, μεταξύ των οποίων και η Naomi Campbell γυμνόστηθη.
